Most of the newborns I’ve photographed are around two weeks old, and they tend to be less sleepy. This guy made us work hard for those sleepy poses even though he was only 6 days old. She wins the prize so far with all the newborns I’ve photographed. I really enjoyed hanging out and putting my baby whisperer skills to the test. (Yes, I had a previous client call me that.) This little one was a bit older at 6 weeks. We managed to snap a few images of her sleeping, but for the most part, she wanted to see what was going on. She was extremely alert and very easy going.
