  22. SESSION AGREEMENT: The session agreement is put into place so you know exactly what a session with me entails and to ensure that I am able to deliver on your expectations. Please read all information carefully, print a copy for your records, and then provide your digital signature below. If you have any questions, please let me know before the session. Thanks!
  23. SESSION: (1) The creative fee reserves your session date and covers the time / talent of the photographer. Images and products are sold separately. (2) Creative fee's are non-refundabl and must be paid in full before your session date. (3) You are responsible for covering additional fees and costs related to location choice (admission fees, parking, etc.) Travel up to 60 miles round trip from 22079 is included. Time and travel above this will be invoiced at $1/mi. (4) Because it can be distracting (especially to small children) and prevents me from being able to do my job effectively, other cameras are not allowed at the photo session. (5) I cannot hold another session for you until ordering is completed on all previous sessions.
  24. RESCHEDULING & RE-SHOOTS: (6) Requests for rescheduling are granted only at my discretion. If someone becomes ill, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. I maintain the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. After a second request to reschedule or if the session is not held within 60 days of original sesion date, the Creative Fee is forfeited and current pricing will apply to the new sesion. (7) Unless there is an emergency situation or bad weather, we cannot reschedule sessions during peak holiday season. If you have to reschedule a session originally set to be held between Sept. 1 - Dec 15, the initial Creative Fee ill be forfeited and you will need to pay it again. (8) No shows - If I show up to your session and you are more than 1-hr late or do not show at all, the Creative Fee is forfeitted. If you wish to reschedule your session after this, you will need to pay the Creative Fee gain. (9) Re-shoots are granted only at my discretion. A re-shoot requires that we delete ALL of the proofs frm the first session and shoot an entirely new session with an entirely new proof set.
  25. PROOFING & ORDERING: (10) Within 3 weeks of the session --usually sooner- I will contact you to let you know your proofs are ready. When you're ready, I will post your proofs (at least 30 images) in a gallery online. This gallery will be hosted for 7 days ONLY, so please be prepared to place your order in that time. There is a $25 charge to upload your gallery for an extra day. Your gallery must be posted (which requires your approval) within 30 days of receiving notice that your proofs are ready, otherwise, the files will be purged without a refund. (11) Payment of your portrait order is due in full when you place your order. All portraits will be ready for you approximately three-four weeks after payment is received. (12) Ordered images are archived for one year while unordered images are purged six weeks after your session. (13) Due to the custom nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Tanya does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and wants you to be more than pleased with your heirloom images.
  26. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: (14) If you are not satisfied with your images through the fault of the photographer, your images will be retaken. If you are not satisfied with your products through fault of Photographer, they will be replaced. Notification of dissatisfaction must be received in writing within one week of receipt of images or upon receipt of product(s) in order to receive a refund or replacement. (15) In the event that photographic materials are damaged or lost through camera or computer malfunction the photographer liability will be limited to a retake of the session whenever possible or a refund of the cost of session fee if images cannot be retaken. If the session fee must be refunded, Photographer will have no further obligation.
  27. A WORD ABOUT COPYRIGHT: (16) All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Tanya Leigh Rey Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. Please respect Tanya's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist, Tanya wishes to have control over the final look of her client's images. Scanned or reprodced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality. By checking the following box, you are stating that you have read and understood the information in this agreement.

  31. MODEL RELEASE (OPTIONAL): Tanya would love to include her favorite images from your session in her portfolio. By agreeing to this optional model release, you grant Tanya Leigh Rey Photography permission to use images from this session in Tanya's portfolio, website and blog. Tanya will contact you if any image from this session is used for any purpose other than her website portfolio.
