  13. Portrait Agreement: The session fee covers the following: * Up to two hours of coverage on your session date for immediate family members only. Extended family members may be added at an additional cost of $25 for each person after an initial group of 4. * Post-session custom image preparation with attention to each image. * 20-30 images presented to you in a private online gallery. In order to hold your session date, your session fee must be received within seven days of submitting this agreement. Your fee is non-refundable but the studio will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforseen circumstances; please notify Tanya at least 48 hours before your session if you must reschedule. If the weather isn't agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule to another date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, Tanya will notify you a day or two before the session. Please note that the use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographer’s is prohibited during your session. Images will be available approximately 2-3 weeks after your session and will be presented to you in a private online slideshow and shopping cart that you are encouraged to share with friends and family. The gallery and cart are live for seven days and you will be contacted before they are made live so that you may select seven consecutive days that work well for your schedule. During these seven days you will make your portrait selection and place your order; if you must delay ordering, we can archive all of your images for a $25 weekly fee at your request (limit 3 months) until your order is placed. Payment of your portrait order is due in full when you place the order. All portraits will be ready for you approximately three-four weeks after payment is received. Ordered images are archived for one year while unordered images are purged six weeks after your session. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Tanya does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and wants you to be more than pleased with your heirloom images. Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your images through fault of Photographer, your images will be retaken. If you are not satisfied with your products through fault of Photographer, they will be replaced. Notification of dissatisfaction must be received in writing with in one week of receipt of images or upon receipt of product(s) in order to receive a refund or replacement. Photographer will endeavor to ensure that you are satisfied with your images and products. We cannot be responsible for dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event that photographic materials are damaged or lost through camera or computer malfunction the photographer liability will be limited to a retake of the session whenever possible or a refund of the cost of session fee if images cannot be retaken. If the session fee must be refunded, Photographer will have no further obligation. A word about copyright. All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Tanya Leigh Rey and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. Please respect Tanya's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist Tanya wishes to have control over the final look of her client’s images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality. By checking the following box you are stating that you have read and understood the information in this agreement.
  15. Optional Model Release Tanya would love to include her favorite images from your session in her portfolio. By agreeing to this optional model release, you grant Tanya Leigh Rey Photography permission to use images from this session in Tanya's portfolio, website, marketing materials, magazine ads, and displays. Tanya will contact you if any image from this session is used for any purpose other than her website portfolio.
